The First Planting
Don Wiseman and his son Jack Wiseman Sr. began converting family pasture and row crop land into Christmas tree fields. The farm grew through the 1960s and became a wholesale supplier by the late '60s and '70s.

The Family Goes All In
Jack Sr. left his plant foreman job at Drexel Furniture. His brother Paul left banking. Together they opened a choose-and-cut retail farm alongside wholesale and added landscaping. They never looked back.

Wholesale and Retail
The business ran wholesale and retail Christmas trees through the '80s and '90s. In the early 2000s the family stepped back from retail and focused on wholesale Fraser Firs and landscaping.
